pearlglory.comis committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

We provide free shipping for all purchases above Rs. 398. All purchases of value Rs. 398 and below will warrant a shipping charge of Rs. 60 only.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery,please refuse to accept the packageand return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at+91-9396898390or email us atsupport@pearlglory.commentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement (subject to availability) is issued to you with no additional cost or a credit note of equivalent value is issued to you or a full refund is made to you whichever option you prefer. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

However in case you accept the product and later on identify any damage, please make sure to inform us of the same via email to support@pearlglory.com or call our customer care +91-9396898390 within 48 hours of receiving the product.

In the event You receive a damaged / defective product, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels:

Upon receiving your complaint, Pearl Glory shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Pearl Glory is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Pearl Glory will initiate a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Pearl Glory reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Pearl Glory in this regard.

In order to return any products sold through our Website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:

Please notify Pearl Glory of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Pearl Glory shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

Products should be unused;

Pearl Glory will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event Pearl Glory is unable to do so, Pearl Glory will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Pearl Glory;

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices etc.;

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Pearl Glory in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Pearl Glory, we will make a brand new replacement (subject to availability) to you with no additional cost or issue a credit note of equivalent value to you or make a full refund to you whichever option you prefer.

15 days Money Back Policy

We offer you a 15 days money back policy. If you are not happy with the product, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving it and we shall refund the full amount you paid to purchase the product. Kindly inform us of of your intention to return via email tosupport@pearlglory.comor call our customer care no.+91-9396898390and we will arrange the pick up of the product. After receiving the product and once verified that the product is unused and without any damages, we will provide you a full refund of the amount you paid to purcahse the product within 15 days of receiving the product back by us.
